Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor and control production parameters to achieve quality and productivity targets
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms, and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores teams to minimize downtime and rejections
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce wastage, and optimize costs
- Handle manpower planning and shift-wise production allocation
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules as per plan
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
- Support new product trials, process validations, and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with ISO / quality systems followed by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in plastic or polymer manufacturing
- Experience in processes such as Injection Molding / Extrusion / Blow Molding / Compounding (as applicable)
- Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
