We are looking for a
Production Industrial Engineer to support efficient manufacturing operations through standard setting, capacity assessment, and continuous process improvement. In this role, you will help optimize production layouts, enhance workflows, and drive lean initiatives across the factory.
Your Responsibilities
- Set, update, and maintain standard hours and release standard capacity data.
- Assess production capacity, manpower needs, and equipment requirements, and support implementation of countermeasures.
- Establish and monitor baseline standards for production efficiency, equipment utilization, and essential operational data.
- Optimize production line balance rates and improve layout configurations.
- Lead process optimization for new projects to enhance production efficiency.
- Quantify capacity loss reasons and drive actions to achieve target capacity.
- Conduct factory layout planning and support 6S activities, including evaluation of production auxiliary tool needs.
- Implement lean production projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
Position Requirements
- Practical experience applying Gemba Kaizen and problemsolving methodologies.
- Proficiency in Industrial Engineering techniques to improve production efficiency, output, and safety.
- Familiarity with simple fixture design and improvement for assembly processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering work experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, and proactive work attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced production environment.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
