Production Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures the achievement of production daily/weekly/monthly quotas.
• Provides excellent leadership, mentoring and team building to achieve goals.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of production area.
• Manages breaks and lunch hours of production staff.
• Follow up the machine condition through periodic action plans to be communicated with the maintenance team
• Follow up on the hygienic & cleanliness level of the production line
• Provides topics of discussion for daily meeting.
• Raise personnel awareness on the health & safety precautions
• Leads daily production team meetings.
• Helps with other duties as assigned.

Academic and professional qualifications:

• Have an appropriate university qualification and preferably have specialized studies in production engineering.
• 4-7 years experience in same field with FMCG Background.
