About Your Team

You will report to the Commercial Manager and play a pivotal role within the Commercial Department, leading coordination across project managers, design, procurement, and production teams to align manufacturing outputs with project requirements and ensure seamless execution.

Your Role

As a Production Manager, you will oversee end-to-end joinery factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of production outputs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full production cycle from raw materials to final delivery
• Ensuring smooth workshop operations aligned with project timelines and budgets
• Optimizing workflows, machinery utilization, and production efficiency
• Supervising joinery processes including CNC, assembly, and finishing
• Leading and coordinating factory workforce to meet productivity and quality targets
• Enforcing quality control standards and adherence to technical specifications
• Coordinating with procurement and project teams to ensure material availability and alignment with project requirements
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Experience: 10+ years in joinery and woodworking production, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the GCC region

Knowledge: Joinery production processes, woodworking machinery, CNC operations, material handling, and factory workflows

Expertise: CNC machinery, panel processing, ERP systems, production planning tools, and a strong understanding of factory operations

Top Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality control, HSE standards, and joinery finishing processes
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
