End-to-End Production Management
- Take complete ownership of the production lifecycle from design approval to final delivery.
- Plan, schedule, and execute production timelines to ensure on-time completion of collections.
- Ensure production targets are met without compromising on quality or craftsmanship.
Design Translation & Execution
- Clearly explain designs, measurements, construction details, and finishing requirements to masters, cutters, and tailors.
- Ensure design intent, fit, and detailing are executed exactly as planned.
- Work closely with the design team to resolve technical or production-related challenges.
Vendor & Fabric Coordination
- Coordinate with local and international vendors for fabrics, trims, and materials.
- Manage sourcing timelines, follow-ups, and deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistency and reliability.
Workshop & Team Oversight
- Oversee daily operations of the production unit/workshops.
- Allocate work efficiently across masters, tailors, and cutters.
- Monitor productivity, workflow, and workmanship on a daily basis.
Quality Control
- Implement and monitor quality standards at every stage of production.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure fit, finishing, stitching, and fabric handling meet brand expectations.
- Identify issues early and take corrective action to avoid delays or rework.
Production Planning & Reporting
- Create production schedules and track progress against deadlines.
- Maintain clear documentation for styles, quantities, and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on production status, challenges, and resolutions.
Pressure & Problem Management
- Handle tight deadlines, last-minute changes, and production challenges calmly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot issues related to fabric delays, manpower, or construction problems.
- Ensure smooth execution during high-pressure launch or delivery periods.
