Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate entire production process
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
- Communicate with department managers to define business strategy and required goals.
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets for the production process.
- Organizing workflow to meet required specifications and supervising setting deadlines for delivery.
- Production control and problem solving in the production process.
- Supervising the performance of production staff and all workers in the production department.
- Determine the necessary resources such as the volume of labor, raw materials and all requirements of the production process.
- Supervising the maintenance work and purchasing the equipment required to operate the department.
- Monitoring and ensuring the production of products that meet quality standards.
- Supervising the implementation of occupational health and safety precautions.
- Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- Specialized knowledge: Deep knowledge of production management
- Skills: Excellent organizational and leaderships skills. MS-Office proficiency
- Abilities: Teamwork, taking new assignments etc.
- Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Discipline, Punctuality, Hardworking, committed to work etc.
- Professional Certification:
- Experience: 5-8 Years
