Joinery Manager – Furniture & Joinery (Hospitality Projects)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Joinery Manager from a furniture and joinery manufacturing background to lead large-scale production operations for luxuryhotel and hospitality projects. This role requires a strong leader with deep technical expertise in joinery and furniture production, capable of delivering premium quality within strict timelines. The ideal candidate should be polished, well-spoken, and confident in managing cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complete furniture and joinery production operations
- Plan production schedules, manpower allocation, and factory workflow
- Ensure accurate execution as per approved shop drawings and specifications
- Maintain strict quality control standards across joinery and furniture finishes
- Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and vendor follow-ups
- Monitor production costs, reduce wastage, and drive operational efficiency
- Coordinate with project and installation teams to ensure smooth site execution
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with hospitality project deadlines
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards within the factory
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience as a Joinery Manager in furniture and joinery manufacturing
- Mandatory experience handling luxuryhotel/hospitality contract projects
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery, carpentry, veneering, polishing, laminates, and finishing processes
- Luxury Tables, chairs, bar stools, bar tables, dining tables, sofas, etc
- Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings
- Experience managing factory teams, supervisors, and production schedules
- Strong planning, costing awareness, and process optimization skills
- Polished communication skills with professional stakeholder handling
