We're Growing Our Manufacturing Team | Production Manager
At ITALDOOR, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Production Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving operational excellence, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
What you'll do:
Lead and manage daily production operations.
Ensure production plans, targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and production capacity.
Monitor and improve productivity, waste, downtime, and KPIs.
Lead production teams and develop a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement & Warehouse teams.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a Production Management role.
Solid experience in metal manufacturing / sheet metal / steel or aluminum fabrication is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
A hands-on, results-driven leader who can turn production challenges into measurable improvements.
Location: 6th of October, Giza, Egypt
