Production Manager ( Meat Processing)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead all aspects of food manufacturing operations. This role is key to ensuring efficient execution of production plans, high product quality, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement across all production departments. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in food production management, process optimization, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient execution of weekly and daily production plans across all departments (Preparation, Filling, Sterilization, Packaging, Chilled Meats)
• Supervise production workflow and coordinate with other departments to resolve technical and operational issues
• Monitor productivity, report any deviations or delays, and track line performance

• Requirements:
• Proven experience in food manufacturing production management
• Candidates with a background in food production, particularly in meat and canned food manufacturing facilities, are preferred.
• Solid knowledge of quality and food safety standards
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
