Production Manager - Media Experienced

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Production Manager - Media Experienced. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all media production processes, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Key responsibilities include managing production campaigns, supervising a dedicated media team, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. The role also involves allocating resources effectively, monitoring project budgets, and problem-solving to address any challenges that may arise during production.

• Proven expertise in media production, filming, editing, and the use of production equipment, tools, and software.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leadership and team management, including assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and mentorship.
• Knowledge of media planning, scheduling, and execution of creative campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• High level of creativity, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in producing innovative and engaging content.
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the UAE real estate industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other production-related software is a plus.
