Solid Cube is a leading creative production and event management company specializing in exhibition stands, brand activations, large-scale fabrication, and immersive experiences across Saudi Arabia. Our work spans high-profile events, corporate exhibitions, custom builds, and innovative installations.
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized MidSenior Level Production Manager who is fluent in both English and Arabic to lead our production operations and ensure flawless execution of projects from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
Lead and manage end-to-end production for exhibition stands, stages, custom builds, and brand activations.
Translate design and technical drawings into clear production workflows and execution plans.
Coordinate carpentry, electrical, steel, painting, branding, and installation teams.
Ensure all fabrication meets quality standards and project specifications.
Project & Team Management
Oversee workshop operations, manpower allocation, and daily production activities.
Assign tasks to supervisors, craftsmen, and technicians to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct regular site visits, supervise installation teams, and manage on-ground execution.
Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Communicate requirements clearly with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.
Attend client meetings, technical briefings, and site assessments when needed.
Provide production updates and ensure client expectations are aligned with deliverables.
Quality Assurance & Operational Efficiency
Implement quality control processes across fabrication, finishing, and installation.
Review materials, samples, prototypes, and mock-ups before final fabrication.
Optimize production timelines, resource usage, and workflow efficiency.
Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with standards.
Financial Awareness & Documentation
Work with procurement to source materials, negotiate pricing, and track consumption.
Monitor project costs and ensure production stays within the approved budget.
Review BOQs, material lists, and production sheets for accuracy.
Support the finance team with documentation such as POs, invoices, and cost reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in production management (preferably in events, exhibitions, fabrication, or creative industries).
Proven leadership in managing large-scale builds and multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong technical knowledge of materials (MDF, steel, acrylic, branding, electrical), fabrication methods, and workshop operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, elevations, and BOQs.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driving license is preferred.
