Production Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and organized Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards. The role is responsible for coordinating production planning, resources, processes, and workforce to achieve operational and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing and coordinating production schedules, monitoring production output and performance, allocating manpower and resources, and ensuring the timely availability of materials and equipment. The Production Manager will work closely with quality, maintenance, engineering, warehouse, procurement, and other relevant teams to maintain smooth production flow and resolve operational issues.

The role also involves monitoring key production indicators, identifying bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, company policies, production procedures, and quality standards while promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, workflow management, and quality control principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to resolving production issues.
• Ability to develop production schedules, allocate resources, monitor output, and track key performance indicators.
• Good understanding of workplace safety, quality standards, process controls, and operational procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with ERP, production planning, inventory management, or manufacturing management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting or data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, optimize resources, and maintain consistent production quality.
