We are urgently looking for a qualified candidate to join our team and take full responsibility for overseeing the production operations at our factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Production Management: Directly supervise the main factory departments (Cutting, Sewing, Assembly & Finishing lines, including sanding, gluing, and final shoe assembly).
- Production Planning: Develop weekly and monthly production plans based on sales orders from retail stores and online channels, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
- Process Development: Establish and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production stages, enhance line efficiency, and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain an integrated quality standards system for both finished and semifinished products.
- Sales Coordination: Collaborate directly with the sales management team to prioritize orders and schedule production according to market demands.
- Discipline & Order: Enforce strict standards for general hygiene, uniform adherence, and professional conduct within the factory.
- Systems & Reporting: Oversee the use of the Odoo ERP system for production and inventory tracking, and prepare periodic reports (productivity, quality, inventory) for senior management.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide production teams, fostering a positive production culture that serves business interests and enhances a sense of responsibility and belonging.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 710 years in production management, with at least 3 years specifically in the footwear or leather products industry (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in implementing quality systems and documenting SOPs.
- Proficiency in using Odoo ERP or similar systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Personal Skills:
- Excellent leadership abilities and the capability to motivate production staff at all levels.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills across various departments.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
