Production / Manufacturing Operations Engineer

Role Description The Production / Manufacturing Operations Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam. This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, including planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. The engineer will monitor manufacturing processes, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput, and maintain equipment reliability. The role includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams in engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve production issues, support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. The engineer will also prepare technical documentation, contribute to process standardization, and support training of production staff on best practices.

Qualifications

• Manage and supervise the production line and daily assembly operations.
• Follow up on production plans and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor production line performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct strict laboratory and product tests to verify product performance and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure materials are available for production.
• Ensure product quality and reduce production waste and material loss.
• Identify production problems and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Support continuous improvement of production processes and line efficiency.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during production operations.
• Inspect and test LED lighting products during and after assembly to ensure they meet technical and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of Excel and production reports.
