Job Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand NFP business environment and objectives. Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
- Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
- Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
- Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
- Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO's maintenance resources to minimize cost and downtime.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA and other related tools.
- Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.
- Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO's maintenance practices.
- Use of NAPCO's machines, tools and labor to manufacture NAPCO's products and transform raw materials into finished goods.
- Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements and internal procedures to protect people, property, and prevent market losses.
- Develop, implement and enhance the processes, tools, and training that enable NAPCO to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while controlling output, quality, and cost.
- Generate the required output with the least required resources.
- Effectively schedule production activities to minimize production time and cost and maximize operational efficiency.
- Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met and to drive improvements.
- Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products using simple to complex lab equipment, to uncover and address deviations.
- Improve the sustainability of NAPCO's processes in line with environmental responsibility and recycling regulations.

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies
Educational Background: Technical Baccalaureate (B.T.)
Years of Experience: up to 2 years.
Alternative: If High School education, then 4 years of experience in a related field.
