Develop and manage comprehensive production and spar parts plans based on sales forecasts, inventory analysis, and operational capabilities.
Monitor daily production activities and proactively address any deviations from the plan to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Lead coordination between Production, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales departments to ensure seamless execution of the production schedule.
Determine manpower, equipment, and materials needed to cover production demand
Schedule shift according to production needs
Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance output and reduce costs.
Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
Generate periodic reports, KPIs, and data analysis to support management decision-making.
Develop contingency plans for unexpected production issues or supply chain disruptions.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Proven work experience as a Production Planner or a similar role for 5 to 7 years
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Demand Planner
- Wadi el Natroon City or near by Resident
