Production Planning Manager

We have an opening for the position of Production Planning Manager in a leading Cosmetic company based in Sharjah ,UAE

Must have a graduate / PG degree in Engineering

Additional certifications courses in demand planning, factory planning, MRP or inventory management will be added advantage.

Between 8 to 12 years experience in related field

Must be very detailed, organized and thorough in thinking and analysis.

Must have worked preferably in backward integrated production planning process.

Must have worked on more than 500 SKUs which includes in-house and bought out items as well

Should have worked in a role, with a high level of product changeovers.

Should have experience with implementing cost reduction, inventory control, on time delivery projects in their organization.

Must haveexcellent planning skills and in-depth knowledge of all Raw and Pack materials with knowledge of production lines

Be a fast learner, very open minded andvery innovative and creative thinker.

Must bevery proactive, self-motivated and Hands on manager.

Must be able tomanage, motivate, train and builda good planning team.

Loyal, committed and hardworking andtotally driven to succeed and achieving excellence and success.

Good communication skill

Location - Sharjah

Nationality - Indian preferred
