Production Planning & MRP Sr. Manager:
Responsible for managing and monitoring production planning and material required planning processes in in coordination with sales forecasting, inventory level and material required.
Incumbent isalso responsible for monitoring manufacturing cost, effectiveness, efficiency and budget.
- Preparing Manufacturing budget (OPEX), direct and indirect manufacturing budget
- Monitoring group plants KPIs; cost & efficiency on monthly basis and yearly basis
- Lead and control MRP process in each plant and consolidate the group MRP
- Leading new products development process in coordination with sales and mold engineering departments
- Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.
- Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications.
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
- Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
- Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
- Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production
