Monitors status and progress of all scheduled work and work in progress to update plan according to any updates or delays
Follows up with Operations and Quality, to ensure the execution of the plan in a quick and effective manner.
Manages master planning, material processes and systems, prepares and updates production schedules and purchasing needs to ensure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs.
Monitors daily floor conditions and communicates schedule changes to Operations, Raw Materials, QA, Warehouse and other departments/Master Schedulers as needed.
Facilitates job board and morning meetings with production and quality for execution of sequence to ensure smooth workflow.
Produces production capacity analysis based on collecting and analyzing historical and factors affecting product demand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Science or equivalent.
Fresh graduate.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience.
Proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering.
Good problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
