• Develop and maintain production schedules for protein products.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven years of experience in production planning/scheduling (protein processing or food manufacturing environment).
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
