Role Description
We are hiring two Production Staff members for our Abu Dhabi branch. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting daily production activities within our kitchen/production area. The Production Staff will assist with preparation, portioning, cooking support, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards across all production tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily production tasks according to the production schedule and management instructions.
- Prepare ingredients, portion items, and follow standardised recipes to ensure consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across all workstations in line with food safety standards.
- Ensure all produced items meet quality control and brand presentation standards.
- Follow proper storage, labelling, and inventory rotation procedures (FIFO).
- Assist in training and guiding junior/new team members when needed.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Support other production areas during peak hours and help minimise wastage.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in a production/commissary kitchen or similar environment (UAE experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP is a plus).
- Ability to follow SOPs, recipes, and instructions accurately.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented work ethic.
- Physically able to perform production duties (lifting, prepping, standing for long hours).
- Preferably based in the UAE with a valid/transferable visa.
