Job Title: Production Supervisor.

Role Purpose:
The Production Supervisor is responsible of oversee the organization's operations to ensure operational effectiveness, quality, service, adherence to timeframes and cost effective management of resources to ensure operational objectives and targets are achieved. Lead, motivate and direct the operation function, in order to ensure volume, quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Production operations:
- Supervise all operations functions required to ensure the manufacturing of products at the volumes, quantity and cost as established in the business objectives and in line with the company's standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Supervise the operations processes related to the introduction of new products, including compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in preparing annual budget indicating priorities and needed changes to comply with the needs of the whole department.
- Supervise testing and commissioning activities, after sales and warranty issues, site modification, and overall onsite / in-house training.
- Ensure that personnel adheres to and respects all rules related to the areas of Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Security in order to establish safe and healthy environment and to protect company assets.
2- Production Quality:
- Supervise the Quality Assurance activities to ensure that the product quality is consistent and in line with the established specifications.
- Assist in controlling the implementation and application of practices and standards, to ensure continuous optimization of the product quality.
- Assist in controlling and direct implementation of the EHS programs to ensure compliance with the company's Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies.
- Supervise the development and design of the highest quality products, meeting market requirements, achieving consumer preference, maximizing business growth, maintaining the lowest possible cost, and ensuring compliance with all local regulations and company's policies.
- Maintain standards of projects/operational performance regarding service quality.
- Monitor the projects budget and project timelines.
3- Team Management:
- Manage the department staff on dimensions including time management, quality of work etc so that are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Identify the training and developmental priorities of the department in consultation with department and Human Resources department and ensure that staff are adequately skilled to meet future requirements.
- Coach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performance and ensure they keep abreast of technical developments, relevant regulations, and best practice.
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
- A Minimum 8 – 10 years experience in Operations and at least 4-6 years experience in the similar position in related industry.
Education and Certification Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with diploma/Master degree in Business Administration/Management.
