Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary : AED 4,000- 7,000 per month + Accommodation

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Prepare and monitor production plans, schedules, and daily reports.
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks according to employees skills and capabilities.
• Ensure product quality, workplace safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor equipment functionality and ensure the availability of materials, tools, and supplies.
• Identify production issues and recommend improvements to productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager and HR to resolve employee concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Production planning, team supervision, workflow management, and problem-solving.
