Job Title:Joinery Production Supervisor / Foreman

We are looking for a hands-on Joinery Production Supervisor / Foreman to manage factory floor operations, ensure high productivity, and achieve on-time delivery of joinery works as per project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily joinery production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets & dispatch timelineare strictly achieved
- Manage carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and helpers
- Monitor output vs. plan and take immediate corrective action
- Control material usage, wastage, and rework
- Prepare cutting lists from approved shop drawings
- Plan material optimization to minimize MDF & board wastage
- Ensure proper execution of:
- Cutting
- Edge banding
- Assembly
- Veneer/laminate pressing
- Painting & polishing
- Coordinate with Production Manager, Design, and Projects teams
- Maintain quality standards and factory safety (HSE)
- Prepare daily production productivity and progress reports
- Ensure tool, machine, and workplace discipline

Candidate Requirements
- 1015 years experience in joinery factory supervision
- Strong knowledge of:
- MDF, veneered panels, laminate, solid wood
- Edge banding, CNC, panel saw, spray finishing
- Proven ability to manage shop floor manpower & deadlines
- Ability to read production/shop drawings
- Strong leadership and reporting skills
- UAE experience preferred
