We are seeking a Production Support Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in supporting banking applications, particularly Loan Origination Systems. The ideal candidate should have strong production support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of banking processes.
Key Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Production Support within the Banking domain.
- Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems such as Sysarc, Intellect, and Oracle-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Oracle Database, WebSphere, Java, AWS, and REST APIs.
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and application monitoring.
- Ability to work closely with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability and performance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
