Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the production team including producers, video editors, videographers, and other creatives
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all stages of production (pre-production, production, and post-production)
- Translate editorial and business objectives into clear production plans and workflows
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, digital, and management teams
- Review and approve scripts, storyboards, edits, and final outputs
- Manage production schedules, resources, and equipment
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and editorial policies
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in media production, with prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of video, audio, and digital media production workflows
- Proficiency with production and post-production tools and software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
