Education & Experiences
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Science or Chemical or Production Engineering
Years of Experience
2 -4 years of experience in production process in FMCG companies
Qualifications & Other Requirements
Excellent command of English Language
Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint)
TPM Knowledge
HACCP/ISO Principles and systems

Equipment Maintenance
Carry out and optimize corrective and preventive maintenance tasks
In a safe and hygienic manner and safeguard equipment availability.
Strategy Development & Implementation
Translate the E2E opco/Brewery vision and strategy into department strategy, objectives, priorities and targets, and build ownership and commitment during implementation.
Management of process, performance & excellence in execution
Manage the Brewing & Cider process and achieve execution of the plan by ensuring optimal engagement of people and overseeing the interfaces with other production processes.
Data Management & Digitalization
Implement the organization's digital roadmap, in compliance with the global requirements of building a digital capability.
Financial Planning
contribute to financial performance and value creation for the business, through managing costs and the financial impact of decisions within their own area of responsibility.
