Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Real Estate Agent based in Dubai. The agent will oversee property sales, showcase luxury properties to prospective clients, and facilitate real estate transactions. Responsibilities will include advising clients on market conditions, managing negotiations, and providing top-tier customer service. Additionally, the role requires maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property research, and ensuring a smooth process from inquiry to closing the deal.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License
• Proven skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Service, with an ability to build relationships
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of luxury properties
• Proficiency in Arabic or other languages, in addition to English, is a plus
• Previous experience in luxury property sales or high-end real estate is an advantage
