Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Sales Consultant located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Professional Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, providing a consultative selling approach, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and supporting sales operations. A major part of the role involves training and guiding clients and team members on Chubb's products and services to ensure alignment with customer needs and company priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Consultative Selling
- Proficient in providing outstanding Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to deliver effective Training to clients or internal teams
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
