Presales & Professional Service Manager
Requirenents:
▪ Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing
and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending
project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; and planning full project life
cycle.
▪ Prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal
writing, presentation, and conduct proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility
when necessary.
▪ Propose technical solutions and oversee the selection of technologies and estimate
resources required to develop the proposed solutions to meet customer's requirements.
▪ Engage with customers to understand business and cybersecurity requirements.
▪ Design and propose cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer needs and industry
best practices.
▪ Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, BoQs, compliance matrices, and
statement of work documents.
▪ Participate in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and technical bid evaluations.
▪ Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and lead the Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
▪ Provide technical consultation and act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to customers.
▪ Work closely with sales teams to develop account strategies and identify new business
opportunities.
▪ Coordinate with vendors and partners for solution design, sizing, pricing, and technical
support.
▪ Support project teams during implementation handover and technical clarification phases.
▪ Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity technologies, threats, trends, and market
developments.
▪ Assist in developing cybersecurity service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
▪ Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
▪ Support compliance and governance requirements related to cybersecurity projects.
▪ Mentor junior presales engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
▪ Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
▪ From 6-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity Presales, Security Consulting, or
Cybersecurity Engineering.
▪ Strong technical and customer-facing expertise.
▪ Proven experience in enterprise cybersecurity solution design, proposal preparation, technical presentations, and RFP/RFQ response management.
▪ Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains
▪ Ability to design secure enterprise architectures and integrated cybersecurity solutions.
▪ Excellent customer presentation and communication skills.
▪ Strong capability in identifying customer requirements and translating them into technical
solutions.
▪ Experience in conducting: Technical workshops, Product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC), Security assessments
▪ Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.
▪ Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
▪ Commercial awareness and ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
▪ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
