Role Description The Professional Telesales Education & Certifications role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The role focuses on contacting prospective and existing learners by phone to present E3mel Business Academy's training programs and certifications, understand their needs, and recommend suitable courses. Daily responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, answering questions about programs, fees, schedules, and accreditation, and accurately recording information in the CRM system. The role also involves guiding learners through the enrollment process, achieving sales targets, handling objections professionally, and collaborating with training and marketing teams to improve offerings and campaigns. Consistent, clear communication and a commitment to excellent customer experience are central to the position.
Qualifications
  • Strong Sales skills, with proven ability to meet or exceed telesales or enrollment targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, including active listening and clear, professional phone manners.
  • Experience in Customer Support and handling inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively.
  • Familiarity with Training or education services, and the ability to explain course structures and certifications clearly.
  • Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or education sales is highly preferred.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and basic computer applications to track leads and update records.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo on a full-time schedule and collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
