Program Controls (PCS) Manager

We are expanding our team for an exciting large-scale MixedUse Development project and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Program Controls (PCS) Manager.

Qualifications and professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Construction Management – Mandatory
• Master's degree (Project Management / MBA) would be preferred
• Professional Experience in:
• Primavera P6, cost, schedule, risk, and change control
• 10–12+ years: Program Controls Manager
• 5+ years in program-level controls
• Previous experience in project/program controls with PMC/Owner's experience on major programs is highly recommended.
• Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments
