Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project cost forecasts, budgets, schedules, and performance reports.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project baselines, schedules, cost plans, and progress measurement systems.
- Track project performance against approved baselines, including cost, schedule, progress, risks, and key variances.
- Prepare periodic project status reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Support cash flow forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis.
- Prepare and deliver reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Primavera P6, SAP, and other project controls tools.
- Identify project risks, delays, and cost impacts, and support mitigation planning.
- Support change control processes, including assessment of cost and schedule impacts.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation for audit and governance purposes.
- Ensure project control activities comply with internal policies, client requirements, and organizational standards.
- Promote project controls best practices across assigned projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; Finance, Construction Management, or related disciplines may also be considered.
- 5–6 years of experience in project controls, cost control, planning, scheduling, or project performance management.
- Strong knowledge of cost forecasting, schedule forecasting, variance analysis, and project reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting principles related to project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
We Value
- PMP, PMI-SP, RMP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in multinational or regional project environments.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management, S-curves, cost-loaded schedules, and project performance KPIs.
- Experience supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, technology, or data center projects.
