Need Arabic and English Fluency for coordination and communication:

Role Overview:

This role is proposed to support the establishment and ongoing coordination of a new, dedicated Emirates Foundation program. The creation of this position reflects the need for focused, day-to-day coordination to plan, implement, and support Emirates Foundation program initiatives, ensuring continuity, operational readiness, and alignment with organizational objectives and international best practices.

Scope of Work:

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the effective coordination, planning, and implementation of Emirates Foundation programs and related initiatives. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Program Coordination & Planning:

  • Arabic and English Fluency for coordination and communication/project management needs
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities related to Emirates Foundation programs
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of program tasks and deliverables
  • Maintain coordination tools, trackers, and documentation to support program continuity

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and service providers to support program delivery
  • Support communication and follow-up with relevant national and international stakeholders
  • Assist in organizing meetings, briefings, and coordination sessions.

Implementation Support:

  • Support implementation readiness and execution of program activities
  • Assist with operational and logistical coordination related to program initiatives
  • Monitor progress, risks, and follow-up actions, escalating issues as needed

International Projects & Missions:

  • Support coordination of international projects and volunteering missions, as required
  • Assist with planning, logistics, and preparation of mission-related documentation.
  • Support travel readiness, briefings, and on-ground or remote coordination during missions, subject to approvals

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare brief updates, coordination notes, and summaries
  • Support documentation of activities, decisions, and key outputs
  • Assist in compiling inputs for internal reports and reviews

Performance Indicators:

  • Timely coordination and delivery
  • Stakeholder Coordination Effectiveness
  • Operational Readiness support for Emirates Foundation program
