Job Opportunity: Program Counsellor (Based in KSA - Remote)
A prestigious global higher education institution is seeking a results-oriented Programe Counsellor to lead student recruitment and business development initiatives within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in driving growth for a suite of world-class postgraduate and executive education programs across the Middle East.
Based in KSA, you will manage the full student recruitment lifecyclefrom initial enquiry to enrolment. You will act as a key ambassador for the institution, providing professional guidance to prospective high-caliber students and building strategic relationships with corporate and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Recruitment: Manage and follow up on enquiries from marketing campaigns and outreach to maintain a robust pipeline.
- Consultative Guidance: Provide expert counselling to prospective students via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to meet recruitment targets.
- Admissions Management: Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring all documentation is met and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems (Dynamics 365).
- Event Representation: Represent the institution at high-profile exhibitions, open days, and recruitment fairs across the region.
- Performance Tracking: Prepare weekly reports on pipeline performance, including leads, applications, and conversion ratios.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support the execution of recruitment strategies through events and outreach initiatives focused on the KSA market.
Requirements
- Language: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience: 35 years of experience in student recruitment, business development, or consultative B2B sales.
- Regional Expertise: Proven ability to manage relationships with corporate and government stakeholders within the GCC/KSA.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and reporting metrics.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the GCC and work beyond standard business hours as required by recruitment events.
