Role: Program Director – Digital Engineering Programs

Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an exceptional Program Director-Digital Engineering to join our senior leadership team. This is not a traditional delivery management role. The successful candidate will shape how Quantiphi wins and executes transformative programs from the very first pre-sales conversation with a C-suite stakeholder all the way through flawless delivery assurance.
You will work side-by-side with our cloud partners (particularly Google Cloud), our GTM leaders, and our delivery teams to ensure that every major program we take on has the right shape, the right trajectory, and the right outcomes for our clients. You are the bridge between complex engineering reality and the business value our customers have signed up for.
An ideal candidate would be someone who has:
- 20+ years of experience in program delivery, customer success, or client partner roles with specific depth in digital engineering transformation spanning Data, Applications, and Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of winning and delivering multi-million dollar consulting or digital engineering programs in a B2B environment consultative selling capability is a must-have.
- Significant experience engaging VP and C-level client personnel in both pre-sales and delivery contexts.
- Experience working within or managing programs for large enterprises (BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, etc.) is a strong differentiator.
- Comprehensive grounding in the modern data stack: data warehousing, data lakes, ETL pipelines, enterprise BI, data agents, and cloud data architecture (Google Cloud experience is a major plus).
- Track record of navigating complex program risk, constraint, and scope challenges and bringing all stakeholders along through transparent communication.
- Strong understanding of modern Data transformation: data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, enterprise BI, and cloud-native data architecture.
- Familiarity with the emerging AI and data agents layer that sits atop modern data infrastructure.
- Grasp of Application Modernisation and Infrastructure transformation patterns enough to shape programs and spot risk.
- Comprehensive command of program governance, risk management, escalation frameworks, and stakeholder management across large, complex programs.
- Experience running programs with multi-team, multi-geography, multi-vendor complexity.
- Ability to connect data and technology decisions to the specific regulatory, operational, and business dynamics of that domain.
