Job Title: Program Director Smart City Program

Role Summary
The Program Director Smart City will lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale smart city and digital transformation program. This role provides strategic direction, governance, and execution oversight across multiple technology and infrastructure workstreams, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall program planning, execution, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Establish and manage program governance, risk registers, quality assurance, and change management processes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and executive-level communications.
- Coordinate solution design documentation and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Track program progress, financials, and benefits realization; prepare executive reports and final closure documentation.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to program and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and transition to operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, IT, Management, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience leading smart city, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programs.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven experience in risk, quality, financial, and change management.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2) preferred.
