We are looking for a confident and performance-driven professional to manage inbound leads and support prospective students through the enrollment journey of specialized fashion programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with qualified leads generated by the marketing team
- Conduct structured consultation calls
- Understand clients needs and recommend suitable programs
- Guide prospects through the decision-making and enrollment process
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking
Ideal Profile:
- 1–3+ years of experience in consultative sales, admissions, or client advisory roles
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
- Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Experience in education, training, or creative industries is a plus
