Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic programs by overseeing planning, budgeting, execution control, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.

This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, structured governance, and the ability to drive programs to completion within timelines and available resources.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Budgeting

• Define program objectives, success criteria, and acceptance requirements.
• Develop comprehensive execution plans across projects and workstreams.
• Build program budgets based on scope and track all cost components.
• Monitor budgets and apply adjustments based on changes and risks.

Program Delivery & Control

• Manage program delivery, mitigate risks, and resolve issues impacting execution.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using PM methodologies and tools.
• Conduct program assessments including risk analysis, resourcing, and timeline planning.

Stakeholder Management

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders (executives, department heads, project teams).
• Lead communication and alignment across teams throughout the program lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and address escalation points.

Program Evaluation & Reporting

• Prepare program reports including progress updates, KPIs, and recommendations.
• Conduct outcome evaluations, lessons learned, and continuous improvement actions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
• Master's degree in IT/MIS is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in program/project management.
• Strong experience in planning, governance, and budgeting.
• Proven ability to handle complex stakeholders and multi-project environments.
