Program Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role located in Kuwait City. The Program Manager will oversee various enterprise-level projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing project planning and execution, team collaboration, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will also engage with stakeholders, provide regular progress reports, and implement continuous process improvements to optimize project success.

• Strong program and project management skills, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, business analysis, and process optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, financial management, or office automation applications.
• Technical familiarity with software implementation, web-based portals, and integrated IT systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and business intelligence (BI) systems is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Kuwait City and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
