Brief Job Description:
Lead end-to-end credit, corporate banking, and regulatory transformation initiatives across business and technology. Drive strategic delivery, operational readiness, and compliance while serving as the central link between senior leadership, credit risk, compliance, operations, and technology.
Experience in CIBG, credit lifecycle programs, or digital lending transformation within the UAE/GCC is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-stream transformation programs across corporate banking, lending, credit operations, and digital platforms.
- Ensure delivery outcomes align with CIBG strategy, regulatory expectations, and enterprise credit policies.
- Establish and manage PMO governance, RAID management, budget control, and executive-level reporting.
- Manage budgets, vendor partners, and cross-functional delivery teams spanning business, credit, operations, and IT.
- Drive change management, operational readiness, UAT strategy, and post-go-live adoption and value realization.
- Work closely with credit risk, compliance, legal, and cybersecurity to ensure regulatory, audit, and risk assurance.
- Oversee integrations with LOS, LMS, core banking, credit risk engines, and external data bureaus/credit providers.
- Support innovation initiatives around credit automation, digital journeys, data-driven decisioning, and process simplification.
Required Qualifications – CIBG & Credit Focus
- 8–12 years of experience in banking transformation or large-scale program delivery in corporate banking, credit, lending, or risk.
- Deep understanding of credit lifecycle processes: origination, underwriting, approval workflows, operations, and monitoring.
- Proven track record in delivering complex technology-enabled change across corporate banking or credit transformation programs.
- Strong familiarity with CBUAE guidelines, credit bureau integrations, regulatory reporting, and GCC supervisory frameworks.
- Working knowledge of payments modernization, digital channels, data integration, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience collaborating with system integrators, credit workflow vendors, and enterprise technology platforms.
- Exposure to RegTech, data governance, cybersecurity, or operational resilience initiatives is an advantage.
Preferred Expertise – Credit & Corporate Banking
- Experience with credit decision engines, scoring models, automation platforms, or workflow systems.
- Understanding of corporate banking products: lending, trade finance, working capital, treasury.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, API frameworks, and ecosystem partnerships relevant to credit and corporate banking.

- Strong governance, delivery management, and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership presence, and executive reporting abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive large programs to closure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum Master) are preferred.
