Program Manager (PGM) Cairo
Overview:
Lead all IT and business technology programs for the Cairo site, ensuring smooth infrastructure, secure operations, and alignment with global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive IT program governance, project delivery, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage infrastructure, network, and end-user systems.
- Oversee cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
- Handle applications, ITIL-based service delivery, and vendor performance.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and team leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in IT/CS (Master's preferred).
- 1015 years in program/project management with IT leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, EUC, cybersecurity, and cloud (Azure/AWS).
- PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL v4/Agile preferred.
- English required; Arabic preferred.
