- Weekly Program Oversight: Monitor program health, communicating updates weekly.
- Weekly Updates: Author and distribute program status update emails to stakeholders.
- Quarterly Future Planning: Provide insights for program iterations based on reporting.
- Bi-Annually Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with training guidelines.
- Meeting Participation: Attend customer meetings and represent Google Cloud Learning.
- Specialized Coordination: Lead requests outside the established program.
- Weekly Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the liaison among learning service stakeholders.
- Weekly Addressing Operational Issues: Anticipate and address delivery issues.
- Quarterly Scheduling and Confirmation: Finalize training schedules with stakeholders.
- Policy Enforcement: Emphasize adherence to Cloud Learning Services policies.
- Weekly Voucher Administration: Manage certification voucher distribution.
- Bi-Weekly Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate marketing efforts with teams.
- Monthly Marketing Planning: Contribute to marketing plan development.
- Registration Platform: Manage registration tools for customer courses.
- Weekly Consumption Tracking: Monitor learning consumption metrics.
