Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing complex IT and Digital Transformation programs, ensuring the successful coordination and integration of multiple related projects. The role focuses on delivering strategic objectives, maintaining strong governance, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex IT and digital transformation programs from initiation to closure.
- Define program vision, governance structure, and execution roadmap.
- Oversee multiple interdependent projects and ensure full alignment and integration.
- Monitor overall program performance including schedule, budget, quality, and KPIs.
- Conduct regular executive-level meetings with stakeholders and provide detailed progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards, such as the Digital Government Authority (DGA) and other regulatory bodies.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
- Review and approve program deliverables to ensure alignment with agreed requirements and standards.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement in program delivery practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Experience in IT or Digital Transformation programs, preferably within government entities or large organizations.
- Professional certifications such as PMP
