Job Description

We are hiring a Program Manager to drive selection and pricing programs that shape a high-performing quick commerce offering. In this role, you will own end-to-end initiatives to optimize assortment relevance, pricing competitiveness, and item-level profitability. You will work cross-functionally to build scalable mechanisms, close performance gaps, and improve unit economics. The role has direct impact on customer experience, margin improvement, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and optimize core selection strategies across categories to drive relevance, coverage, and topline growth.
  • Build scalable onboarding processes for new selection in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid activation and readiness.
  • Analyze and improve item-level profitability by identifying low-margin SKUs and recommending pricing or cost actions.
  • Lead pricing programs using competitive benchmarks, elasticity analysis, and contribution metrics to balance customer value and margin.
  • Monitor assortment gaps at store and category level and coordinate actions to improve depth and availability.
  • Develop mechanisms, tools, and dashboards to automate pricing actions and scale selection curation.
  • Track key retail and financial KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 35+ years of experience in program management, category management, retail buying, vendor management, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing selection growth, pricing strategy, or commercial programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and drive data-backed decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, operations, or supply chain teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
