Hiring Program Manager - Abu Dhabi - Permanent job

Europe Projects Experience is Must.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in IT project and program management, with at least 35 years managing large enterprise programs.

Strong understanding of IT domains including infrastructure, software development, enterprise applications, and cloud technologies.

Proficient in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

PMP and/or PgMP certification required.

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree or MBA.

Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-ACP).

Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, ERP implementation, or cybersecurity programs.

Prior experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government.
