About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across our electronic trading platforms. This role requires a strong program leader with deep domain expertise in Forex (FX) markets, capable of driving cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team programs across engineering, product, operations, and client-facing teams.
- Drive program planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance.
- Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Track program milestones, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Delivery Management.
- Strong domain expertise in Foreign Exchange (FX) trading, electronic trading platforms, or capital markets.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology programs in financial services.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and distributed engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to cryptocurrency trading platforms, digital assets, or blockchain-based financial systems is an advantage.
- Experience with low-latency trading systems, market data platforms, or order management systems is a plus.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are desirable. Why Join
