About the Role
- Develops and implements long-term strategies for program development and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market needs.
- Manage complex engineering projects focused on the development and integration of advanced missile systems, ensuring technical objectives are met with precision and cutting-edge innovation.
- Conduct feasibility analysis for project requirement, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market needs.
- Allocates resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal use of personnel and budget.
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks throughout the program/project lifecycle.
- Acts as the primary liaison between the technical development team including aerostructures, propulsion, guidance & navigation, electronics, control systems, and software development to deliver integrated missile system solutions.
- Provides technical guidance to project teams, ensuring the design and development of missile systems meet technical and performance requirements. Coordinates technical aspects of field/flight test campaigns.
- Oversees the seamless integration of missile subsystems, guaranteeing that each component operates harmoniously within the overall system architecture.
- Formulate and execute a clear strategic technical roadmap for missile development programs, translating high-level objectives into actionable engineering milestones.
- Create detailed status reports on monthly, quarter/yearly basis, according to the instructions.
- Responsible for compiling internal and external documentation on product development, maintaining comprehensive records for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drives the continual optimization of missile performance parameters, including range, accuracy, aerodynamic stability, and propulsion efficiency, through innovative engineering solutions.

Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years in aerospace and defense industry with demonstrated experience working within agile or hybrid development cycles.
- Specific experience in missile systems, including air-to-air, surface-to-air and air-to-ground variants, as well as tactical and strategic missile programs.
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of defense systems, including design, development, and integration.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's / Master's in Engineering, or other technical fields.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or System Engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) is preferable.
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of key project management metrics with the ability to track progress and ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to guide and motivate teams, make strategic decisions, and resolve complex problems.
