Job Description

The Program Manager- Oracle Practice will lead the strategic planning, delivery, integration, and optimisation of all enterprise business platforms, including Oracle Fusion (ERP), Process Automation, Salesforce (CRM & Portals), Oracle EPM, Primavera Unifier (Project Controls), and the Enterprise Data Lake (Microsoft Fabric). This role is responsible for aligning technology platforms with business strategy, ensuring scalable and secure architecture, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance

  • Define and execute the enterprise applications roadmap aligned with organisational goals.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across all application domains.
  • Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, compliant, and cost-optimized.
  • Drive automation, digital enablement, and operational excellence.

Platform Ownership & Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation, integration, and support of:
  • Oracle Fusion Finance, Procurement, HCM, Sourcing
  • Salesforce CRM, Broker & Customer Portals, Mobile Apps
  • Oracle EPM Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Consolidation
  • Primavera Unifier Project Cost Control, Contracts, Change Management
  • Data Lake (Microsoft Fabric) Data Integration, Analytics & Power BI Reporting
  • Process Automation (AR, AP, Procurement, etc.)
  • Ensure seamless data and process flow across all platforms to support business functions.

Integration & Architecture

  • Design and oversee API-driven architecture to connect ERP, CRM, PMO, and Data platforms.
  • Ensure real-time reporting through Data Lake and Power BI dashboards.
  • Drive adoption of automation & RPA in financial, sales, and operational processes.
  • Lead initiatives for master data management (MDM) and data governance.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Partner with business leaders (Finance, Sales, PMO, Operations, HR) to define priorities and ensure platform value realisation.
  • Manage strategic relationships with Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft and implementation partners.
  • Drive vendor negotiations, SLAs, and enterprise license optimization.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a cross-functional techno-functional team (ERP, CRM, EPM, PMO, Data & Integration).
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and career development paths.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Risk, Compliance & Security

  • Ensure compliance with data protection, financial controls, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure secure integrations and access management.
  • Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical applications.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Expertise

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Real Estate business processes across Finance, Procurement, Project Delivery, CRM, and FP&A.
  • Proven track record of digital transformation and business application modernization.
  • Experience with real estate / construction industry preferred.

Technical Expertise

  • Oracle Fusion: Finance, Procurement, HCM, Sourcing
  • Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Mobile Apps
  • Oracle EPM: PBCS/FCCS, Narrative Reporting
  • Primavera Unifier & P6: Cost Control, Schedule Integration, Project Lifecycle
  • Microsoft Fabric & Power BI: Data Lakehouse, Data Factory, Synapse, Analytics
  • Experience with APIs, Integration Hubs, RPA tools, and workflow automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application leadership.
  • Proven experience leading multi-platform transformation programs.
  • Oracle / Salesforce / Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • PMP / TOGAF / ITIL certification is an advantage.
