Role Purpose
The Pod Lead – Growth & Strategy will focus on maximizing customer value, driving strategic initiatives, and strengthening enterprise client relationships. This role partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to identify growth opportunities, influence product direction, and improve overall customer experience. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong business acumen and is passionate about solving customer problems while driving platform adoption and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities We Entrust You With
Strategic Account Leadership
Own relationships with strategic enterprise customers.Lead executive governance meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Understand customer business goals and align platform capabilities accordingly.Develop account growth plans and long-term engagement strategies.
Product & Solution Strategy
Partner with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities.Evaluate new feature requests and business cases.Review BRDs, solution documents, and functional designs for strategic initiatives.Identify reusable platform capabilities to reduce customization.
Customer Growth
Drive platform adoption and feature utilization.Identify upsell, cross-sell, and optimization opportunities.Recommend process improvements that improve customer outcomes.Support Sales and Business teams during strategic client discussions.
Data & Business Insights
Build dashboards and executive reports.Analyze customer usage trends, operational metrics, and platform adoption.Generate actionable insights to improve customer success and business performance.
Process Transformation
Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives.Improve governance frameworks and PM operating models.Establish best practices for customer onboarding, delivery planning, and lifecycle management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Team Leadership
Mentor Program Managers in strategic thinking, customer consulting, and business analysis.
- Improve team's capability in solutioning and stakeholder management.Build a proactive, customer-centric culture.
What Matters In This Role
6–10 years in Program Management, Product Management, Consulting, or Solution Management.Strong enterprise customer management experience.Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.Ability to review BRDs, APIs, architecture diagrams, and solution documents.Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and business metrics.Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
